Choose from impeccably appointed two- and three-bedroom floor plans that foster relaxation and gracious living, while including such extras as designer kitchens, Italian tile floors, covered private parking, dramatic patios, vaulted ceilings, and much more. the friendly and knowledgeable staff stands ready to assist you with all of your needs.

The essential character of Mariner's Club is determined to a great extent by its primary asset: a deepwater marina with additional dry boat storage facilities, bait and tackle shop, and complete harbor master services, not to mention direct ocean access. What more could a dedicated boater desire!

With a minimum clearance of 5 feet 6 inches at low tide, the marina will accommodate large deep water vessels.

Amenities include complete power supply, cable TV, phone, and water for each slip. Dock space is leased to Club members providing future flexibility should a member's needs ever change, eliminating the necessity of selling your slip with your home.

The bait and tackle shop provides live bait Ills, charts, ice, and a full line of rental equipment.

Forklift-operated dry storage for handling boats under 30 feet is also available for the convenience of our club members. Repairs and full detailing and maintenance services can be arranged by the knowledgeable harbor master, who is also available to coordinate work while members are away. As you may know, anglers from all over the world flock to the famed Florida Keys to catch the "big one". And here you are with daily opportunities for adventure right at your doorstep! Now you can experience the thrills of catching bonefish, sailfish, tuna, and marlin - maybe even setting a new world record in the process. In any case, think of the fun you'll have trying and the great stories you'll be able to swap with your neighbors at the beautiful Clubhouse facility over evening cocktails.
 

If watching the fish is more fun to you than catching them, there's no better place in America for convenient and first-class scuba diving. Pennekamp National Park is merely minutes away, as are some of the highest rated dive sites in North America. Fish are abundant, but so are the multicolored corals, sea fans and other exotic marine life. If wreck diving catches your fancy, some of the best sites are just around the corner from the Club. A number of shallow reefs combined with the crystal waters of the Keys provide excellent snorkeling opportunities for those who prefer to stay on the surface.

But life at mariner's Club is more than boating, fishing or diving. After all, there are lots of other ways to relax and have fun. Like dipping into a sparkling azure pool overlooking the Atlantic. Playing a few sets of tennis at the Club's courts. Soaking and soothing tired muscles in the twin Jacuzzis. Stretching out on the Club's decks with a tall, cool one at your side. Strolling along the boardwalks through the gorgeous natural wooded areas or along the mangrove shorelines while you watch nature at work. Joining friends at the Clubhouse for cocktails or cookouts.

Even using the fax or computer at the Clubhouse's business center to catch up on work - but only when absolutely necessary!

With its exotic it Indies decor, rich accents of teak and porcelain, mahogany and marble, the Clubhouse creates the perfect setting to unwind, host a party or join your friends and neighbors in either friendly games or simply watching those magnificent island stars.

Don't let The Mariner Club's seemingly faraway location fool you. You can rejoin the world whenever you want - or need to.

The convenience of Winn Dixie, Publix, Eckerd, Blockbuster, Scotty's, Worldwide Sportsman and many others are just down the road. If you have to get something that is hard to find, Kendall is 35-40 minutes away and has all the shops you could want.

When you consider the convenient yet secluded location, the refreshing nautical setting, the thoughtful amenities, and the gracious townhomes - you'll want to run away to Mariner's Club and make it your island retreat.
